Rosamond Gifford Lecture Series Book Club will meet to discussThe Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals Author: Michael Pollan Michael Pollan will be presenting at the Civic Center in Syracuse on Tuesday, October 5th as part of the Rosamond Gifford Lecture Series. Pollan is the author of In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto, The Omnivore’s Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals, and The Botany of Desire: A Plant’s Eye View of the World. He is best known for writing about agriculture, food, the kitchen table, and gardens, exploring "where the human and natural worlds intersect."
