Join Us in the Bookstore for a presentation and chocolate and wine sampling with Julie Pech, author of The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate.

Julie Pech, author and international speaker, will be hosting a chocolate and wine pairing and speaking about the health benefits of eating chocolate. She will also be available to sign copies of her new book, The Chocolate Therapist: A User's Guide to the Extraordinary Health Benefits of Chocolate. Every book comes with a starter kit of all-natural handmade chocolates from her Colorado chocolate shop. The book largely centers on the role chocolate plays in helping with various health issues, but also includes recommendations for pairing chocolate with wine, and more light-hearted sections about consuming chocolate such as the section titled "Where do you hide your chocolate?"  Pech has taught wine and chocolate pairing classes both at home, in Denver, Colorado and while traveling. And what's the sweetest part of her appearance at Creekside? Julie will host a free chocolate and wine pairing with chocolates handcrafted in her chocolate shop in Colorado.

Julie Pech owns The Chocolate Therapist chocolate shop in Littleton, Colorado which produces chocolates and fresh-roasted coffee. She is also a registered hypnotherapist and a nutrition educator.
